Day-Of Coordination

Have you planned out every aspect of your big day, but want to sit back and enjoy the actual wedding? Or let your family and friends enjoy it, too? Think of me as your best WEDDING STAGE MANAGER ever! With drink in hand and surrounded by your loved ones, you can relax knowing I’ve got everything under control.

My day-of coordination services are meant for couples working on a limited budget or those who are expert planners themselves (because even the hyper-organized want day-of help, too!), and only need me to swoop in day-of and execute everything beyond their expectations.

When you book my services, you’ll immediately get access to my time-tested PLANNING MATERIALS (preferred vendor list, master monthly timeline checklist, alcohol purchase calculator, tipping guide, and contact list template). Then, off you go on your DIY planning, and I’ll return to your process with TWO WEEKS to go. (Don’t worry - I offer additional monthly consultation calls if you find you simply need advice or questions answered before then!)

During those two weeks, you’ll receive the following support:

  • Unlimited phone or email consultation

  • One two-hour “deep-dive” consultation session

  • Master timeline generation

  • Vendor relations, communication, and payment

  • Onsite supervision of the wedding rehearsal (day prior) and all aspects of the wedding day (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc.)

So let’s have a chat! Initial consultations are complimentary - I’ll get to know you both as a couple and your priorities for your big day, then put together a custom proposal to meet all of your needs!

Final pricing can vary based on a number of factors
(distance, venues, headcount, hours, and more).
Most of my couples invest anywhere between $1800-$2200 on day-of coordination.

***PLEASE NOTE: Day-Of Coordination packages are NOT available for booking until three months from your wedding date on the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day; July 3, 4, 5; Labor Day; Columbus Day.

  • Consultation in decor and design

  • Booking venues/vendors or negotiating contracts

  • Participation in or design of DIY projects

  • Physical floral or centerpiece construction

  • Budget creation or management

Items listed above would result in additional consultation from me or my recommendation of a more full-service event planner (which I would be happy to do, if that’s what you really need!)
